Detailers and Engineers
Collins Industries Ltd. offers structural steel detailing and design services to general contractors, engineers and steel fabricators. Quality, flexibility, speed and competitive pricing are foundation services we provide every client. We have a blend of manual and computer aided drafting experience which allows us to offer drawings of the highest accuracy and quality.
Our structural detailers also have in-depth knowledge of fabrication and erection, so they provide practical, workable solutions to every problem. Drawings are produced to project standards, with opportunity for design assistance when necessary to ensure the product is delivered within the agreed schedule.
We use Tekla Structures, an excellent 3D modelling software which allows us to model, draw and track our work. The software is used to detail all of our industrial, institutional, and commercial projects ranging from small-scale box stores to large intricate multistory buildings. The software also has multi user capability. This allows many operators to work in the same model simultaneously improving productivity.
