Facilities

Shop and offices are located at 3740-73 Ave Edmonton, Alberta.   

The plant facility is over 50,000 sqft. consisting of 14 overhead cranes ranging from 5 ton to 15 ton capacity.  We also have a track system which utilizes rolling benches. This allows efficient movement of material and a steady flow throughout the shop. We have the ability to produce 1200 tons of steel a month.

Collins has approximately 7600 sqft. of space allocated to surface preparation and priming functions.  

We have two shipping bays, our east bay is approx 7600 sqft. and has six loading docks with a 10 ton crane capacity.  Our west bay is approx. 6100 and has four indoor loading bays with two fifteen ton cranes.  Both bays have a 18’ – 4” hook height.   

Collins Industries handles all outgoing fabricated steel. There are three heavy truck access points on our 5 ½ acre complex. We have easy access to all major transportation routes which allows for quick and efficient deliveries.   

Our shipping and tracking system allows us to keep accurate up-to-date information on all material arriving and departing our facilities
